3. Accounts & credentials
You safeguard authentication artefacts · forbid credential sharing · alert sales@innoverse.vn upon anomaly suspicion.
4. Billing · cancellation
Recurring invoicing cadence monthly/yearly · cancel anytime · no refunds for utilised periods · unused fractional months reimbursed per policy.
5. Intellectual property
Service-side IP rests with InnoVerse. Tenant datasets remain wholly yours — processors act solely under contractual briefs.
6. Liability ceiling
Exposure caps at cumulative fees from prior twelve invoicing cycles except deliberate gross misconduct.
7. Data confidentiality
Refer to Privacy Programme · ND13 alignment.
8. SLA posture
99.3% monthly uptime pledge on Standard tiers · 99.9% for Enterprise footprints · credits when materially breached.
9. Dispute resolution · VIAC
Disputes route to arbitration under VIAC procedural rules seated in HCMC · Vietnamese lingua · tribunal size one or three depending on quantum.
10. Governing law
Vietnamese civil and commercial statutes govern interpretation.
11. Policy revisions
We may revise language · thirty-calendar-day runway via primary-account email · you may dissolve subscription with pro-rated reimbursement if rejecting changes.
